love this shampoo, my hair feels so soft and fresh after I use it.
QV Gentle Shampoo leaves your hair feeling thoroughly clean and soft – especially considering my hair is naturally curly and often dry. I loved test driving this product – it’s prompted me to pop out and get the conditioner to complete the detange process.
When I was washing my hair it felt like straw, really dry with no softness in the shampoo, but when my hair was dry it felt soft and was easy to style, scalp felt good. Will buy the conditioner to try, Thanks.
I have loved testing this shampoo, no more itchy scalp. It has been great for my teenage son who has eczema problems. Just wish I could find somewhere that sells the conditioner, I have looked in every chemist I’ve seen.
The fact that there was no fragrance surprised me at first but meant i could trust that there were no suspicious extracts added. Hair texture was silky smooth after.
I LOVED this product! I found that it left my hair feeling clean and soft and it didn’t leave that dry tight feeling that can come with some products. My son who has excema is also using it and it has not irritated it and my daughter and husband both have dandruff are pleased with the product. I would buy this again for our house. But will get the conditioner too next time.
I liked how it lathered up. My hair felt soft after it but my scalp was still irritated. I’ve used it now about 10 times and its no different than a normal shampoo. I saw it has parabeens and another form of sls but I need my shampoo to smell nice ,this had no smell.
So I cant find anything super special about it, I wouldn’t recommend it to people with sensitive scalps.

This was really nice and soft on my hair. It really cleansed it.
Very gentle. No itchy scalp after using it. Very good on color treated hair, leaves it soft. My partner commented on the resemblance between my hair and the fluffy colored chicks at the Easter show. It’s soooo fluffy.
I really loved this shampoo! I have very fine hair that is often left limp/frizzy/oily by some shampoo. But this left my hair really clean without frizz and even though i prefer to wash my hair daily I didnt actually need to with this product, but, if i did, it didnt dry it out or leave a build up. Have been looking for a well priced product that I like to use, so when I was curious about how the shampoo and conditioner worked as a pair (always the ultimate test) and went to get the conditioner at the chemist i was really pleased with the price also.
I tried this on the whole family (including my 1yr old who gets excema) and was really happy with the results even though it’s not a ‘children’s’ product. Found my new shampoo.
I trialed QV Gentle shampoo and really liked that it cleaned my hair without drying my scalp and it also helped my conditioner attach to my hair for a better result !

I have been travelling up the centre of Australia for five weeks using bore water and my hair was dry and hard. On returning home I found the QV shampoo was sent for testing. First wash my hair was soft and felt lovely and clean and no more itchy scalp. I went out and brought the conditioner. I will be buying QV shampoo from now on. Thankyou
I found the QV Gentle Shampoo kind to my hair and scalp but as I have tinted hair I will continue to use the EGO Shampoo suitable for hair that has been coloured as I find it seems to have more moisture or conditioning agent and it does not feel as dry as the QV Gentle seems to.
I really like this shampoo! I have both sensitive skin and scalp and constantly have problems with both, with other shampoos that I’ve tried. QV left my oily at the roots, dry at the tips hair looking and feeling fresh and clean. I normally have to shampoo at least 3-4 times a week but have been fine to drop it to twice a week with no noticable difference in how my hair and scalp feel. Will definitely continue to use and buy.
I am very satisfied with the results from this shampoo, and will certainly keep using it, hair very manageable and soft. Is there also a conditioner to be used with the shampoo, as I like to use “matching”products. If not, would you consider developing a conditioner to use.
I shall continue using this product, along with many other products from your ranges.

I found i needed to use alot to really benefit from a good deep shampoo it gradually made a good lather. I found it made my hair dry after drying, and probably needed a conditioner. However using it on my daughters hair whos 8and it made it soft but static like, so i think results would differ on individual hair types. I think im used to fragranced shampoos so it was very unusual , it would be hard to switch to a non fragrance in future just as i like shampoos to be nice smelling, thanks for the trial.
Good: If you have sensitive skin it’s a good product because it gently cleanses. Some shampoos give you that really squeaky clean feel after use I found this product won’t do that. So it depends on what your personal preference is. If you don’t like fragrance in a shampoo this product is a good choice. Overall, it leaves your hair feeling light and clean.
Bad: I found I needed 2 washes to thoroughly wash my hair because if you have really oily hair it won’t clean your hair thoroughly enough. I also found my hair didn’t remain clean for very long throughout the day. Probably because it’s a gentle cleanser and this is probably more obvious because of the lack of fragrance.

i have tried the product for a few weeks and i am really happy with it. i had eczema when i was little and so i try to use products which is good for my skin and hair. but some of those products dont really leave me with a “clean” feeling. QV gentle shampoo is good – cause it make me feel clean and it is the product good for my skin and hair which have tendency to have eczema when dry. so i am very happy with this product !
I was very satisfied with the quality of this shampoo. I felt it was equally on par with the shampoo I was currently using. Made my hair feel silky and soft and easy to style. My husband has a very dry itchy scalp and usually uses a anti-dandruff shampoo, but he was able to use this one with no problems and no flake or itchy scalp. I would happily continue to use this product. Thank you for allowing me to test it.
I was excited to try this product as I really love QV. The shampoo lived up to my expectations.
My daughter has a very dry scalp…… this was excellent for her. Would love to have tried inconjunction with the same conditioner.
Personally, I like a really sudsy squeaky clean perfumed product, so this was a bit strange at first, but my hair felt healthy and soft…. and the kids hair never looked shinier, I would definitely buy if I could get the conditioner as well…..

I really enjoyed trying this product. I used it for my childrens hair and must say that it felt a lot smoother and I enjoyed the knowledge that there are no colours or fragrances used. My only gripe is that it irritated my daughters eyes.
This was a great, gentle shampoo, although I was a bit disappointed as a shampoo targetted at sensitive skin, it was not paraben free. Great scent, and felt good, nice and gentle on my curly coloured hair. If it was paraben free, I would definitely buy.

This product was great! Didn’t make my scalp feel itchy like other products have done. Was easy to comb through hair even if I didn’t use conditioner. Let hair looking and feeling clean and soft!
The texture of the shampoo whilst washing my hair didn’t feel great – not very sudsy, a bit dry…but after drying my hair it felt lovely and clean. I’m very keen to try the conditioner to see the results when using the combo of both the shampoo and conditioner. Thanks for the sample x
I recently trailed the QV Gentle Shampoo. I found it to be very gentle for my hair and it made my hair feel very clean and light i would buy this product for sure *thumbs up* Thank you for letting me be apart of this trial
great product left my hair feeling much softer than other sshampoos and made the scalp feel better too
Two fussy males including myself have been using this product since I received it. The younger male feels it is one of the best he has used as it completely removed all of the daily hair gel leaving his hair feeling fresh and clean. Main praise was directed to the fact that it was non irratating to his scalp. Older male stated that his hair did not feel as dry following use as with other shampoos. As for me, I found it a ‘clean’ product to use leaving my hair soft and my hair feels as though it remains cleaner for longer. Like others users I have searched for the conditioner but have been unsucessful in finding. I would like to use the shampoo and conditioner to see what result the pair would achieve
Good product. Would like to use it with the matching conditioner. But I’ve had no dry scalp issues while I’m been using it, which is great!

This product performed wonderfully on my two young children. We wash their hair daily due to the food/paint/playdough that finds it’s way there, and the QV worked beautifully to give them absolutely gorgeous soft hair, without irritating my daughter’s very sensitive scalp. A great product.

I was not overly happy with this product. I did like how my dry itchy scalp felt , but i was left dissapointed about how my hair felt, which was chalky and dry

I loved how it made my hair really nice and clean. It left my hair so smooth and soft, It didn’t irritate my scalp unlike other shampoos have. I love this shampoo and would recommend it.
I was looking forward to trying this out but was worried I would be disappointed. I wasn’t. The shampoo foamed up really nicely but didn’t feel dry. My hair felt really soft and was so shiny when it dried. I have psoriasis on my scalp but so far it hasn’t itched at all. Looking forward to using it again.

Found the shampoo easy to use, scalp is still a little itchy but they dryness & flakes seem to be reduced. Im sure with time it will get better!
Great product! Completely scentless, so I’m not overwhelmed with strange fruit or other smells. Thorough clean and no bad reaction to my skin, I have psoriasis. Excellent in combination with QV conditioner. Will be buying this in the future.
The shampoo lathers really well and leaves my hair feeling really clean but I still have an itchy scalp so I am a little disappointed. I will keep using until the bottle is empty and hope the itchiness decreases.
Used both shampoo and conditioner. After shampooing my hair felt like straw, was really squeaky clean. Was so surprised that after conditioning and drying my hair my hair was super soft and shiny. Great product. Suitable for the whole family.
I just tried the Shampoo. It is really good. Would definitely buy if it is at a reasonable price at the Chemist. It is really difficult to find a frangrance free shampoo in general, and also one that foam really well in the shower.
Loved the shampoo as it left My hair feeling clean & silky. Also did not affect my psoriasis which is a great plus. Will definately buy in future
I was a little disappointed in this product, my hair seemed to tangle more easily and although it felt clean afterwards, within a day my hair felt oily and the ends were dry. I found the conditioner helped but I don’t think I could keep using this product because I have thick hair and the oily feeling means I have to wash my hair too often.
I’ve been using this shampoo for a few weeks now… and to be honest I tend to like shampoos that lather a bit more.
You have to really get a good sized portion to get a good lather to make it feel like its working and to feel its giving your hair a good clean.
I dont really like the smell.. almost a bit chemically? but I guess this is because there is no added perfumes.
I think the packaging is clean and simple and definitely fits in line with the product.
